Established in February 2009, Marrion & Co Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents is made up of a family of property professionals from the Walsall area.  Kathy and Paul are the main team members being qualified as both a Chartered Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor. Along with employees Laura Fullerton and Reg Evans in charge of all viewings, who are able to assist in the general day to day running of a busy and exciting new professional practice.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new full time members of staff, to deal with the increasing workload now being dealt with by our busy office in Park Road. We've had our hands full recently and we are pleased and relieved to be able to share our duties with new girl Donna Jackson (formerly of White Move) and new recruit Jonathan Marrion our youngest son. 

We live in Bloxwich and aim to provide a one stop service for all property related matters in and around the area, calling upon our not inconsiderable 60 years combined experience in surveying and estate agency. 

Our decision to open our own practice has been a long time in the making and comes after many years of perfecting our skills and knowledge in many areas of the property market.

It is exactly this wide breadth of experience which is at the root of our passion to offer a truly ‘old school’ general practice approach to customer needs and requirements, it is being skilled in both, residential and commercial sales and letting, which will enable us to provide friendly customer focused advice to all our clients.

Our office in Park Road Bloxwich, are ideally placed for customer convenience, being just on the edge of the High Street with its many shops and offices, yet offering easy parking and access to the local bus services just on our doorstep. 

We are a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, (RICS), The Ombudsman for Estate Agency and The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).  We have invested in the latest technology and virtual sales tools, including property portals Findaproperty.com and Primelocation.com.  We occupy a brand new office premises with high quality photographs and sales particulars to display properties at their best.
